ActiveCampaign
Sync contacts to ActiveCampaign for email marketing and sales automation. Keep your ActiveCampaign contacts and lists in sync with your warehouse data.
Prerequisites
- An ActiveCampaign account
- Your ActiveCampaign API URL and API key (found in Settings > Developer)
Authentication
ActiveCampaign uses API Key authentication with two required fields.
- In ActiveCampaign, go to Settings > Developer
- Copy your API URL (e.g.,
https://youraccountname.api-us1.com) - Copy your API Key
- Enter both values in SignalSmith
Configuration
ActiveCampaign does not require additional configuration fields beyond authentication.

Troubleshooting
API URL format
The API URL must include the full URL with protocol (e.g., https://youraccountname.api-us1.com).
Invalid API key
Verify your API key in ActiveCampaign Settings > Developer. Keys can be regenerated if compromised.
List ID not found
Find list IDs in ActiveCampaign under Contacts > Lists. The List ID is visible in the list URL.
